Hello, my fellow, Stress-Monkeys, welcome to my site ! And yes, you read it right , my little tutorial is totally, absolutely, no strings ,no " bait & switch " , FREE ... OK, ok, there are a few links I think you may find helpfull but they are NOT necessary to have this clinecly proven technique work for you .And it will ,  if you do as I say for 10 min. a day , It will work regardless of your' preconsieved ideas or attitude about it ! It's all an example of cause and effect. It really is so simple it's profound.

You know, stress is stress , regardless of the cause. The effects on your' body and mind are the same. Whether you're stressing because you're losing your' hair, pregnancy, post traumatic stress, emotional stress , whatever, the answer is the same . You will also get the benifit of not just coping and dealing with your' stress but you'll soon find that if you're suffering from panic and anxiety attacks, that they too will begin to lose their impact on your' life in a very short time.

 

I know that this sounds too good to be true but it is ! But look, what do have to lose except a few minutes of your' time every day for a week or so ... Of course, this is NOT a magic bullit , you do have to actually DO something ... take some simple , pro-active steps towards dealing with your' stress and you WILL feel the difference in a few days and actually enjoy the process. As you will see, it really is an automatic process . You do THIS  and THIS will happen .. every time ... all the time .. I promise ..



 

I'll tell you right up front , I'm doing this for free because it's not my secret .. it's been around in one form or another for a thousand years or more .. And no, it has NOTHING AT ALL to do with religion, spiritualism or Eastern mysticism .. ( although it's practiced by all the aforementioned ) No, it's a little mental trick that was first published back in the 70's by Dr. Herbert Bensen ,after studying the effects of this discipline on students at the Harverd School of Medicine .. Conclusion ? It works, ALL OF THE TIME .... I've been practicing this for over 30 years now and it kills me to see this technique paraded all over the net cloaked in all sorts of mumbo-jumbo and selling like hot-cakes for anywhere from $5.00 for a CD to over $3,500 for a seminar by ( I can't tell you by who, but , John Lennon, was a disciple of his ) when you can learn it in litterally 5min !!! That's why I'm doing this for free ... Look, I've stripped away all the crap and will show you and guide you thru this untill you get the peace your' searching for .. it's really not that hard .... I promise you ..
