HOW IT WORKS
OK , here we go. You ARE going to learn to meditate in the next 5 min.! Don't touch that mouse !! Bear with me .. I'm going to refer you a free site that will show you the mechanics of the relaxation response and IT IS a natural response that you CANNOT avoid doing .. even if you wanted to ! The reason I'm doing this rather than explaining it to you myself is, this is a free web-site with very limited space and I don't want to waste it showing you the easy part.So, click here now, read it over then get right back here, I'm going to show a few things that will get you to where you need to be REAL FAST !

Did you get that ? easy, huh ? Now here is the thing .. Meditation and concentration are mutually exclusive .. you can do one or the other but NOT both at the same time. Don't try and close your' mind to intrusive thoughts , I call them , rabbits , cuz you can't .. if you try, you're concentrating .... NOT GOOD .. DO NOT concentrate on your' breathing , just be aware of it . Or, your' state of relaxation .. just be aware of it .. Here is what I mean about those " rabbits " , try to count to 10 without thinking of a rabbit . YOU CAN'T !!!! So, don't try .. let them in , look at them and then go back to your' mantra .. want to check the clock, scratch an itch, go ahead, then BACK TO THE MANTRA ! Be totally passive to those thoughts, even the ugly ones ... Meditation is NOT a goal your' striving for, you'er already doing it ! If you'r sitting, relaxed, eyes closed , breathing evenly and repeating your' mantra in your' mind , YOU ARE MEDITATING ! Period. If I were to hook you up to an EEG after 10 min of going thru the motions of meditation you'd be astounded at the difference in your' brain-wave activity ! You won't feel it it at first but after a very few days at 10 min a day ( to start ) you WILL !
What do I mean by , 'mantra' ? It's ANY two sylable word you like . Mine is ,Ah - men . I inhale to the count of three and exhale to the count of six .. your' mantra can be one on the inhale & two on the exhale .. just remember, when those rabbits start hopping, look at them, consider them, but go right back to your' mantra ... You'r mantra is " home-base " .. your' center .. Remember, NO concentration allowed .. your' passive but focused on your' mantra .. You will notice that after a a few days or so that those rabbits are hopping slower and slower with a larger time span between rabbit attacks ... DO NOT question yourself as to whether or nor not your' meditating .. " Duh, am I meditating yet ?" .. Trust me, YOU ARE !
So, what lies down the road for you in your' meditation ? Well, what will happin is this, after a short time. You'll experience times when there are no " rabbits" and no mantra !!!! I wish I could describe it for you but I can't .. when you get there you'll know it .. Did I mention that you'll be stree free ! LOL :) Trust me, it WILL happen .. you'll get the benifits of meditating almost immediately ... but it only gets BETTER ! So, hang in there .. any questions ? email me !

Remember , if you follow the steps even half heartedly, you WILL BE MEDITATING .. it truly is automatic. Please give it a week and you will notice a real benifit and change in the way you're dealing with your' stress. You will also notice that the 10 min going by REALLY fast !
